Will Rick’s exit be left open ended or will we see his actual death play out? If I had to guess, I would say that we will see him actually die in a last ditch effort to save the bridge.

I'm thinking they let someone or maybe even a small group in that they shouldn't have. This person or group did horrific things, resulting in the X brands we saw on the backs of Michonne and Daryl. This is why Michonne was so wary of letting Magna's group in as it reminded her of the people she shouldn't have let in before. I think Maggie partly left Hilltop with her child because she didn't want to risk him being endangered by people like this and she no longer trusted the judgement of community leaders like Michonne. There is still a lot left unexplained with this idea but it fills in some of the holes. Maybe the people Michonne let in that she shouldn't have will somehow end up connecting to the Whisperers?

It seems like this kind of challenge doesn't happen often. What made it exceptionally interesting is how Sean and Helen were right. Alpha's leadership was compromised by breaking her own rules and she was doing everything she could to make sure people won't question her or think she gave any special treatment to Lydia. This entire episode showed just how cold Alpha can be with the tiniest glimpses of humanity coming through. It's scary what she has already done and what she could do to the survivors soon.

Besides Michonne killing all of those kids, I was pretty shocked that Scott got some screen time.

It was pretty cool, albeit brief, to see the interaction between two characters who knew each other before the events of TWD.

The backstory was not at all what I expected, but was also way more satisfying than what I anticipated.

The fact it had to do with essentially a child cult was pretty shocking, and of course what Michonne had to do in the end.

The fact that Jocelyn knew Michonne prior to the apocalypse and still betrayed her really furthers the common theme that some people are just too far gone. Do you think that Michonne would have been able to bring the children back from darkness if she didn’t have to kill them?

I think so. Michonne and Alexandria as a whole could've helped them heal.

For me the loss of Tara hits hardest. I've always liked her character and it was so nice to finally see her coming into her own and getting a lot of focus and development as the leader of Hilltop.

It was really effective to have their deaths happen off screen and experience the horrifying reveal in the aftermath through the eyes of Carol, Michonne, Daryl, and Yumiko.

I was surprised by some of the choices but overall, I’m glad certain characters were spared. I would have liked just a brief scene of one or two of these people being lured into capture. It just seemed so unlikely you could successfully take them all from the kingdom

Even though he never got to speak, I was starting to like DJ. Just the Savior-turned muscle for Alexandria was cool. But side characters aren’t bound for TWD world

Alpha showed Daryl the massive herd of walkers and let him know that her people move among it and can direct it anyway they please. How can our survivors fight against a threat like this?

My first thought is to find the Whisperers first like when they found their camp. We need to kill Alpha

Infiltrate the Whisperers with a spy so the communities know what they're up to. Dismantle them from within. And unleash Negan.

Follow the rules until you can come up with a plan. Acting emotionally and irrationally isn't going to help the situation any. This is a threat that needs to be taken VERY seriously.

Hello everyone! The season finale of The Walking Dead brought a dangerous blizzard to the survivors. What was your reaction to seeing snow for the first time ever in the series?

While I thought the snow was neat and everything, it felt out of place on the show. And as someone who lives in Minnesota, it's funny to see a few inches of snow and a quick storm be such a problem. It was fun, but I don't think it's something the show needs to do again in the future considering everything that went into creating the effects.

Haha Adam you need to see what happens in San Diego with 1-2 inches of rain, no special effects needed.

It was cool to see zombies popping out of the snow, frozen zombies, and Daryl using icicles to kill them.

As a season finale it felt a bit tame, but understandable after the previous episode's high intensity.

The season finale ended with the huge cliffhanger of a mysterious voice coming over the radio. What is your theory of who that voice belongs to?

I think it was Maggie and they're paving the way for her return. Maybe she got word of what happened to Tara and Jesus, and now is trying to communicate to see what's going on at Hilltop.

Hello everyone! AMC recently announced the development of a third series set in The Walking Dead Universe. According to the synopsis, it will follow first generation survivors of the apocalypse as they come of age. What would you most like to see in this new series?

I’m a big character person. You can set the show wherever you’d like but I have to care about the characters to be invested. So some unique survivors is what I’m most excited for.

I want to see a return to a more linear method of story telling with more focus placed on developing the newer characters.

I really enjoyed the non-linear storytelling only because it opens up the possibility of how stories are told. But it certainly sounds like those days might be over, unless they revert to flashbacks to tell Daniel's story.

I felt like season 4 was a massive step backward. Thanks family dynamic of the show was erased and the existing characters took a back seat to the arrival of Morgan and a new set of survivors. It will be interesting to see if the showrunners can create something to make it feel unique again.

That's what I appreciated the most. It evolved to include more people. I wanted to see more than the Clark family. I feel like TWD got stuck because of the family dynamic. Fear had a chance to do something new.

I'm glad some fans enjoyed the soft reboot of the series, but doing so after season 3 was so strong left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I know you and I have talked about that before and I get it. I am glad the show is going a different direction with a group of people who become a family, rather than focusing on an actual family.

For sure. But I'm glad we can discuss it respectfully... especially since our opinion on season 4 of Fear is so different. There is potential with these characters...I just wish I was more confident they will be used wisely. Especially after the disaster that was the Filthy Woman storyline.
